At Associate Dentists PC, we are committed to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring a positive experience for all patients. The following refund policy outlines our approach to payments, cancellations, and service-related concerns.

Payments for Services

Payments for completed dental services are non-refundable. Dental services are healthcare procedures and, once rendered, cannot be returned.

If you prepaid for a procedure but need to cancel or postpone, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Appointment Cancellations or No-Shows

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Prepaid deposits for procedures canceled with sufficient notice will be credited to your account or refunded upon request.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee, and prepaid deposits may be forfeited.

Patient Satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a service, please contact us directly. We do not offer refunds, but we will work with you to resolve your concerns and may offer to make necessary adjustments at no additional charge when appropriate.

Products

Unopened retail products (e.g., dental hygiene items) may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Opened or used items cannot be refunded due to health and safety regulations.

Insurance Reimbursements

If your insurance company reimburses us in error or more than expected, any overpayment may be refunded to you or returned to your insurer, depending on policy terms.
